Before you book

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with the details of your session. If this is your first appointment, you must complete the form linked in that email before you arrive. It covers your consent to treatment and examination, along with your personal and contact details, and is needed for your session to go ahead.

Once your details are in, you'll also receive an invoice from Lance for your session. This must be paid in advance of your appointment.

Choose what fits

Initial Consultation

45 minutes · £75

Your initial 45-minute consultation includes a full case history and discussion of your presenting complaint, relevant medical history and lifestyle factors. This is followed by a full physical assessment and hands-on osteopathic examination. Where appropriate, treatment will then take place, and you'll leave with a clear plan for ongoing management or further sessions if needed.

Continuing Session

30 minutes · £65

This 30-minute session is for patients continuing an established treatment plan. Your osteopath will briefly review your progress since the last visit, then carry out focused hands-on treatment based on your ongoing needs. Advice on exercises or self-management may also be given where relevant.

Sports Massage

45 minutes · £55

A 45-minute sports massage using soft tissue techniques, which can include deep tissue work, adjusted to your training, goals and comfort. Each session starts with a short check on your health and activity, and pressure is agreed with you throughout. Sports massage is a separate service from osteopathy and doesn't include an osteopathic assessment — if you're not sure which you need, book an Initial Consultation or get in touch first.
